The finished beer is dealcoholated in our plants in a batch process. At the heart of it - the modern membrane filtration modules - a water / alcohol mixture is successively extracted from the beer step-by-step. Afterwards this is replaced by de-aerated brewing water. With such a procedure, every brewer can individually set the content of remaining alcohol in his beer.

Project Engineering Service by ATEC
At eye level with our customers, we work together on an individual solution. We provide a test facility for this purpose, which enables the production of representative quantities under real conditions. Our project engineers accompany you from the idea to commissioning.
The extensive testing option with their own beers and the taste control under the same conditions as in the everyday process brings the following advantages to our customers:
"With the 600 liter test facility, we were able to gather valuable insights. We tested around 6 weeks, put our individual recipes and beers to the acid test and at the same time shared the results with our highly demanding tasting team at an early stage. This is why we expect the greatest guaranty possible for the planned sales launch and the shortest commissioning time for the start-up of the now purchased larger system. We are looking forward to the spring of 2019 and look forward to the start of the sales. Because of the previous cooperation with the team of ATEC we feel that our project is in good hands. "
